While people come to this secluded property to enjoy the outdoors and its natural surroundings, there are multiple indoor spaces here for their enjoyment and exploration.
Dance/Yoga Studio – A crystal chandelier hangs over a beautiful natural maple floor in this spacious 625 sq ft room (25 by 25 feet). Radiant heating under the floor keeps it cozy in the cool weather, and huge windows on three walls keep it breezy in the warm weather. This room is outfitted with speakers, and an audio/video system including microphone and TV (which can be used for streaming, or hidden when not in use). Yoga mats, blocks, bolsters, chairs, straps and other equipment are available as well.
Sauna – Just outside the Yoga/Dance studio is a large cedar sauna with two levels of seating, which can accommodate 6 people (or more depending on how cozy you want to be).
Barn – Across from the main house, is a large barn made with reclaimed timbers and windows. Two goats, Gunther and Mavis, as well as two cats, call it home. It contains a sleeping and sitting room designed for humans. The bathroom also features a steam room. The upper loft has been used for wood working and construction of various spaces around the property.
Steam Room – The bathroom in the barn, was completed in late 2021, and features a steam room with a traditional shower and rain shower. This is a perfect place for sweating (or singing) with friends…
Kitchen & Main House – The main house is lived in by a family serving as the current stewards. The first floor – kitchen, living room, dining room, yoga studio, sauna, and two bathrooms, are all available to guests. Private bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second and third floors.
